Shipping Information

Shipping

Orders that are placed will shipped by Fedex Ground.  Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, it takes 2-7 business days for you to received depending on your location in the U.S.  We do not ship to PO Box.  We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons.  Fedex expedited service is available upon your requested.

Exchanges & Returns

Sorry, we do not accept returns, but you can replace or exchange for another item.  We do not accept exchanges if the item has been worn, smells of cologne, smoke, or any other odors, and alterations or modifications.  All exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If you were to received a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a replacement or exchanges.  If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your exchanges.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  We do not refund on shipping cost and you will be charged for shipping the replacement or exchange item. 

Delivery Policy

Out of stock and backordered items will be informed through Email/phone if buyer want to wait or cancel the order.
